it's dangerous for a priest to rely onrits. Maybe if you are a pally pre 2.1 :) I'd go for +healing and + mana regen. Usually there are items with +spirit or with +mana5. It's debatable whh is better.
Having Meditation favours spirit. And if you have a "Bangle of Endless Blessings" from warp splinter, that makes spirit even better. Usually i have a mixture of items for mana regen..
Something worth noting is that priests spced forrit healing will probably be throwing heals on the group, rather than the main tank. This means that - if they have Surge of Light -an throw out instantast, no-mana smites every so often. Not a lot, but it still helps in the long run. Sie they probably won't be main healing, this gives them the time needed to throw out a smite (as in, nothaiasting heals butan afford o D), andan reposition themselves while doing so (as I've found is often helpful while offhealing).
As i move farther up the shadow tree i am approhing Misery.an someone explain to me how Misery works extly? Is it a buff like VE where oe it is on anybodyasting has a 5% damage irease on the target? Thanks.
As long as Mind Flay, VT, or SWP debuffs are on your target, all spell damage from any soue is ireased by 5% (or whatever rank you have). If your target has none of those debuffs, it drops off the mob. Eellent for grouping.
You're dps'ing I assume? What's your team look like? Strtly an ArenaPvP build? No matter your sp you're probably going to go down first. Best way to help with that is to make sure you're running a bare minimum of 8k health unbuffed, preferably more (10k self-buffed), with a dent amount of resiliee. I'd definitely grab Power Infusion, throw it on your heaviest DPS'er (probably a
4021 AFire mage or affl lk) when you start to get in spell range. Normally I'd suggest Surge of Light, but that'srit-reliant and you skped the 2rit talents, plus I'm not sure how useful it would be if you're not lasting long anywho. Probably stk Inspiration into something else as well. If this is strtly PvPArena, I might suggest against Divine Spirit. It's likely to get dispelledpurged pretty qukly, and afaik offers little benefit in a PvP setting.
