I am no expert. At 70, you normally want to get the 41 point talent in one of the trees in anylass. Also leveling as Affltion is normally the easiest. There are many pointers on how to sp at 70, all depends on what your goal is: PvP, Raiding or Pvesolo Questing. My first 70 was a hunter and Lks are mh more fun at all levels.

You don't always build just for the 41-point talent at the end of any tree. There are plenty of 40-point variations out there for manylasses, warlks as well. One of the most powerful DPS raiding builds is 02140 (or similar). Also, for PvP there's the undeniable awesomeness of SlSl (MANY variations on that one). For the build the OP put together: It's lking the survivability of heavy Demo and the pure DPS of Destro. Not to mention that you'd be seriously gimping yourself to use it as a leveling build. Ruin only really shines as a great DPS talent with a high amount of spell hit (180+ or so) whh you're not going to see until after dinging 70. Soul Link is generally only viable inonjution with Feloentration so that youan efftively drain-tank. Demon Knowledge is a great talent, but lking the other spell damage multliers it's a bit anem. If you are hoping for a drain-hunting build, I'd suggest something like 19420 (there are some variations on this build). If leveling with this build, start with the Affltion talents first.
